Hello everyone,

I recently started a youtube channel called Crawford Cartography, Mapping Fantasy Worlds. For my first video I made a small village by the sea and made a speed video out of it. But I decided to add a little bit more to it and show it here. I hope you guys like it.

Nice idea as well. Looking forward to a few newer vids.

Joe Sweeney and the others out there on YouTube are pretty excellent, but over time things change, and new tools and behaviours are added - which of course those vids can't possibly cover due to their age.

Thanks Sue, I was working on one just a few moments ago when I realized that my video was over an hour long...Not good. So I have to either make smaller maps, or do the map building in sessions. I haven't figured out which way I want to do it yet.

Thanks Tony - sure was speedy mapmaking, but I do understand this was an introduction, and 'whet your appetite' stuff. Good video, hope there are more to come

@Quenten, you're welcome. I do plan on doing more videos. They are just not very quick to make. Making and editing videos takes quite a long time, especially since I am new at it.

I'm glad you like it Barliman. The map gives me the feeling of a place I would like to live in.

@Loopysue, 4?, Really? I haven't checked it yet today.

So thank you everyone who subscribed. I promise to have more video's out as soon as I can get them made.
