Problem validating Annual 5 serial number
I don't have internet access at home, only at work, so I have just tried to validate the serial and request number for The Cartographers Annual 2011 (number 5) at www.profantasy.com/validate.asp so that I can install the CC3+ upgrade (Even though I bought it a long time ago, I have not previously installed the pre-upgrade version).
However, I am getting ... Sorry, the serial number was not recognized. ... even though I have entered the serial number that I have on the orders page (including lower case where required) and the request code from the installer. What can I do about this? I have successfully installed other CC3+ software using the codes that I get from this page.
