2017 Annuals Guides

I just got the 2017 Annuals subscription, but when I downloaded and installed the four monthly packages so far released this year none of the guides PDFs opened or downloaded. I don't know if it was a glitch here with my system or something at that end with ProFantasy. How/where can I get the monthly guides for these first four 2017 updates? They are not listed in my Add-Ons in the Tools menus of CC3+ like all the previous Annuals are, although they are all installed and I can access and use them, I just have no guides.
