Random City for CC3+

I've been updating to old Annuals to CC3+. Is there a way to run the random city generator command on CC3+? I remember being able to do it on CC3.

As far as I know — and I could be wrong — the command itself works just fine under CC3+. At least, I haven't noticed any problems with it, myself, the few times I've used it. The installer, however, is currently configured to install under CC3. See the link in Monsen's post, above, for unnofficial instructions for installing it under CC3+.
