Here's what I have on my Dunor Valley regional map so far.
I mostly used HW Style but threw some MS Fills in.:)
If you have any recommendations for revisions, please let me know.
@Shessar: I hope you find the map adequate for what you had in mind for the Dunor Valley.

Just as always, my 2 cents. Would be too difficult to blend the artic and tundra tiles? The result is a bit abrubt. Maybe you did it on purpouse but to me looks weird.
And thank you Medio for pointing that out. I originally had a slight bevel effect on the Ice/Snow sheet, to give an impression of the thickness of the Ice cover. And I did not notic that the effect is gone.
I've started working on the Dunor City map as well amd I will upload an updated version of the overland map together with the first shareable version of the city map (right now it is just a mess). However, this won't be before early monday because I'm visiting my parents over the weekend.
I reactivated the bevel effect on the great white plains area and added some minor details.
First I tried a large scaled map which also shows the surroundings of the city. But the city itself became a mess and one couldn't recognize anything.
So I tried adding a close up view of the city, but I wasn't able to copy all the houses, because it crashed. So I redid the houses. I did the same with the Island.
That led to having 3 maps in one, which was kind of cool, but it became hard to coordinate, since copying between the sections didn't really work.
So I gave up on that (png of how it looked like below).
I made a entirely new map in which i copied the city and redraw the island. I'll be working on that now.
But gosh... Cities are so much harder to do than Overland maps.
Here's another update.
Worked on the city itself, the outer city, where the poor live. I also did the harbor area and created some beached ships.
Next I will do the Island.
I added a screen shot from CC3+ as well as a PNG export. Unfortunately some of the buildings are not shown correctly and I do not know why. Any Ideas?

I am aware that the walls are pixelated, i have the same problems with the docks and the Bridges and I don't really know how to solve this. I may choose another method to do the walls (like the one in the basic CD Bitmap A Style). That could resolve the issue with the walls.
The problem was with the smart symbol itself. When I tried to redo the walls there were even larger gaps between the individual segments. I wasn't able to resolve the issue so I redid the wall with the other method. Also, using a higher quality led to more artifacts when exporting to a 1000x1000 png.
If the new version is pixelated then it's because of the resolution of the png. Since the forum doesn't allow for larger pngs I had to use a rather small resolution.
I'm not too fond of the size of the key though - it eats the map IMHO...
Well, I could make it a bit smaller, I guess.
This is actually the first city map I ever finished. All my other city projects have been given up at some point. The largest settlements I finished were smaller towns.:P
Edit 20.04.2017: I just realised that the other CD maps I made before this one weren't so small after all: http://forum.profantasy.com/comments.php?DiscussionID=3333&page=1#Item_5
But I guess I will keep doing some city maps for the Atlas just to get some practice.
Thanks HadrianVI for another great map.

And thank you, Monsen for uploading it.:)
