Is there a tool to confert WMF or CDR vector graphics to CC3 image or symbol format?

I found a reference to a tool created by Joe Slayton that used to do this (linke here: http://forum.profantasy.com/comments.php?DiscussionID=636, the post by HalC6) but cant find that tool.

I'm considering picking up the Armorial Gold collection of heraldic art, but it wont be much use to me if I cant use it in CC3.
