You say CC3 Pro, which doesn't exist. Do you mean CC2 Pro or just CC3 here?
In any case, most of the add-ons are available for CC3+ already, you just need to download the CC3+ version from your registration page (To go from CC2 Pro to CC3+ you will need to purchase the upgrade though, but f you own a CC3 add-on, most of them are available in CC3+). For those not available, the answer is generally 'No, not until ProFantasy converts them'.
Just got a brand new whizzy laptop running Win 10 and currently updating everything and trying to get back into mapping after previous laptop couldn't take the strain!

I've found the cc3+ downloads for those add-ons. Shame the Source Maps collections and earlier annuals havent been updated yet.
