Log into profantasy and check the downloads and updates page. I am unsure if it aut0matically emails, or if it is a manual thing.

Check your credit card and see if there is a pending charge.

The download link is in the email, it won't show up in your account until you have registered it. There should be a button on the order details to do it, or you can manually register the serial number.

If ordered with the same email address as your ProFantasy account, it should probably also appear on the "Orders" tab. (Although I am a bit unsure if this happens automatically, but I think so)

For some mysterious reason, I could not link my Annual 2016 order to my account.
I had to associate the new order at a different email address.

Then you should contact ProFantasy support to have it fixed so you don't have to deal with two accounts.

The order will associate with your PayPal email. If it is different from the email you use for your ProFantasy account, then do as Monsen suggests and PF can fix it for you.

Hi There,

I'd like to use the Wielink Isometric Dungeon and the Temple of Bones cataloque together - but the first one has only a setup for CC3, second one just for CC3+. How do I mix the stuff? Then I have a wish for the annual manuals: It would be perfect if the Font which is used for the example maps are mentioned - instead of looking through all the Fonts. And is there an option do reshape Text to an isometric style? How is it done?

Thanks for your great software, but annual manuals could be a bit more detailed.

The older annuals haven't been made compatible with CC3+ yet unfortunately. They're in the pipeline, but it takes time for ProFantasy to convert all the old stuff. You can do a basic conversion by installing it into CC3, then copying all the files from the annual to the CC3+ data directory, and then run the FFIX command on all symbol catalogs and templates. This will make the resources work in in CC3+, but it won't make the symbol catalogs available from the buttons and such, you will need to open them manually using the open symbol catalog button.

To get isometric text, first explode the text, then use 3d Projection [IPROJ] on it.
