Tools disappeared on sides

Hey all,
Just got the program about a month ago and have been working hard on learning the program. It's pretty cool and having a blast!
However, I opened CC3+ up and all my tools disappeared from my side bar...like default landmass, default river. I can click over there and sometimes get an action, but I can't see the actual symbol. For example, if I wanted to hit the eraser button, I can't see where it's at, but if I blindly click for it, I might get lucky.
I went up to View, and scrolled down to Toolbars and messed with that, but it does nothing. The only symbols I can see are the tools under Options (mountains, apples, etc.)
Any idea how I can make my tools visible to the left and right of my screen? Thanks!

Have you downloaded and installed the most recent update? Currently, it's CC3+ Update 9. If you haven't, you can get it from your account page. I recommend you install it (and all ProFantasy software, really) by right-clicking the setup file and selecting "Run as Administrator" from the pop-up menu.
If you have already run the update, you may want to try it again and choose the Repair option.
I don't know for sure if it'll work, but running the update has helped with some other invisible button problems in the past.
I hope it helps,
