Best $10 spent, physical copies.

Just grabbed my mail today and opened my copies of CC3, DD, CD and FT. Super stoked that those only cost me the additional 10 bucks.

I like that each came with the essentials handbook. Sometimes I just don't like looking through a PDF. Seems with a physical book your mind indexes pages a little better.
Wish they would have had that option for the Tome of Ultimate Mapping too!

    100% agree.

And, the first Tome (before CC3) did have a hard copy option. It's very nice. I don't know this for a fact but, I think it was such a big book that it was too costly for a small company like PF to produce such a small number of high-quality, full-color, hard copies and still keep the price reasonable for us.

It's a real shame. The hard copy Essentials books are beautiful and handy.

I got an android tablet last December and it it's the best thing that ever happened to my copy of the Tome. Almost like having a physical book (almost).
