How do I take a zoomed portion of a dungeon map and copy it to be pasted into say.... the Windows Paint programme? Can these maps only be viewed in their quality state by a CC3 viewer?
Turn on sheet effects if you have any applied.
Go to File -> Save As....
For file type, select BMP rectangular section from the pull down list.
You will be asked to pick two opposite corners in the command prompt line.

Edit: You may need to set the export options to something like 1000 x 1000 if you are saving a square area of a map, for example. More info here:
