CC3+ - Move Tooltips?

I figured out how to turn it off, but right now it's helping me learn...

So is it possible to move the Tools tips? It's in the worst possible place sitting right over symbols I'm trying to place. Can you offset it by X and Y so it's not taking up the key primary location for positioning symbols?

I am assuming you are talking about the floating command prompt here, as tool tips doesn't appear inside the map itself.
It is not possible to offset the floating command prompt, but do note that it also appears at the command line at the bottom of the screen. So even if you turn it off from appearing at your cursor, it will always stay at the bottom of the screen (The one down there is a bit more brief, but still say the same thing).

Thanks mate, I suspected that might be the case. I've turned it off in place of the command line.
