Random City tool installation

I am having a blast with CC3+. I also got CD3 and the Random City Tool intrigued me. I installed CC3 as well to use the Random City tool, but when trying to install that tool I get errors that cc3actions.dll, readme.bat, CityWizard.dll, cc3objects.dll and cc3generator.dll cannot be found. Did I miss something?

Try installing it by right-clicking the installer and selecting run as administrator. Sounds like it failed to copy the file.
