Hide all the sheets on your map except those which the text is on (hopefully just the TEXT sheet), then zoom out to full extents, choose delete, click in one corner then spread the box over the entire area, click to complete the box, then right click and select "do it".
When you turn all the other sheets back on the text should all be gone.
Hiding sheets or layers will work if all your text is actually on the correct sheet or layer, but that's not always the case. Or, it could be on the correct sheets/layers but, on some occasions, you might use different sheets/layers for different types of text (place names, geographic features, etc.). The steps I listed in your other thread will delete all 2D text, regardless of where you put it.
Thanks Dogtag. My problem is that I need something explained several times to get it through my thick skull. Plus I've never done stuff like this before. I've done line tracings on square grid paper, and that's all I've done to now. So I apologise if I ask the same or a similar question, in advance!
Gah! There's no need to apologize Nacon4! I'm sorry if I gave you the impression there was any reason to do so. I was just pointing out that you'd done something similar before so it should be a breeze for you. I'll edit the post to make that clearer so no one else with this question thinks I'm being snarky.
We've all been through -- or, in many cases, me included, are still going through -- the CC3 Learning Curve™. It's a feature-rich program that also does things differently from common drawing software. We all need refreshers. Please keep asking.

Follow the steps in your other post, but for the Erase button instead of the Change Properties button .
