Modern kitchens and bathrooms?

I can't believe this... but I actually have a commission coming up with real world applications. I think I'm even getting paid for this!!!
I have a friend that's buying some land on the east coast, and he wants to put a house on it. It's going to have to be one of those houses on stilts. Anyway, he's been looking for floorplans, and he can't find any that suit his needs, plus the ones that he did find he sort of liked... it cost 2 or 3 thousand dollars just to buy the floor plan! And that's before he takes it to an architect or contractor.
Well, he's seen some of my maps, particularly my Horn&Stars Tavern... and he's asked me to help him design his house! So once again, I'm going to be pushing the envelope, developing a house that requires me to be spot on with dimensions and such... but I also need modern appliance symbols for the kitchens and bathrooms. I think I have modern refrigerators with the CSUAC... but what I really need, is modern toilets, bathtubs and most importantly a modern stove.
Anyone have any ideas?
