Update 8??

I had to reinstall my OS a couple of weeks ago. Noting the discussions regarding Vintyri collection, Bogie objects etc., I decided to let the dust settle a bit before I tackled setting CC3+ back up. I received the July newsletter a couple of days ago, and decided that now was the time to get started on the task.
It would have been more prudent to read along the various threads, but I was lazy. Now I am a bit daunted.
First question. Where is Update 8? I do not see it on my registration page. We can't be talking about update 8 for CC3 can we? That was way back in 2010 ...
