  You can load a symbol set by browsing to it. The bar above the symbols shows a manila folder, click on that and you can then browse to a symbol set. Click on it, click on Open, lower left. And they should show up in the symbol list.
  
  I also suggest clicking on Options and Expand all collections, Show symbol size, and Number of columns to 2 or 3. Click okay.

  Thank you, that does help some! Although it does not put mulitiple symbols together and randomize them.

  My first thought is that you're running in DD3 dungeon mode rather than CC3/CC3+ overland mode. Have you clicked the red CC3+ symbol at the top of the screen?
  
  You can tell what mode you're in if you look at the menu bar. If you're in CC3+ overland mode, the third menu option from the right is "Overland." If you're in DD3 dungeon mode, the third option from the right is "Dungeon."
  
  If, in fact, you're in the right mode but getting the wrong result, let us know EXACTLY which template you used to start the map. It also is possible that a macro in the template is corrupted. That can be fixed easily, if one knows which template needs to be fixed.
