Cosmographer 3 -- numbers whenever I post a planet

I've obviously turned on some sort of setting accidentally. Whenever I try to post a planetary symbol I get a line instead of the symbol. Then a red or green circle appears. I pull the line from where it starts and the red or green circle gets bigger and then it posts with a number along with the symbol.

What is that setting (I suspect its related to orbit). I can't figure out how I've turned it on and how to turn it off. any ideas?

Look for an 'h' in the symbol name. That symbol set is for placing a planet above or below the ecliptic. That is why the line is there. This happens in the Sub-Sector template. I haven't seen this on other Cosmo templates. Load the Symbols\Cosmographer\COS Bitmap A\CosA_Planets_Traveller.FSC symbol set. Those can be placed on each hexagon, use with Snap on.

Jim thanks for that advice between that and a bit of luck I figured out I was using the wrong symbols.

You're welcome. That template is set to use the 'h' and line symbols.
