Blue Outline To Land

I am using CC3+. I am having a land mass issue. A blue line appears around land masses I am drawing despite which style of overland map i do. I think I have checked all the sheet effects and haven't found anything that would help me. When I try putting a black line OUTER GLOW the outside it appears on the outside of the blue line (bottom image zoomed in). When I try to create an INNER GLOW effect the black blur is on the inside of that blue line. Anyone know how to get rid of this blue outline?

Delete the Sheet named COASTLINE. That should get rid of the line around your landmass

Thank you Lorelei. I also found a way of fixing the problem. Select from the top menu:
1. Overland
2. Landmass
3. press 'Advanced' button (at the bottom)
4. press 'Outline' button (in new window)
5. set the outline properties you want
6. press 'OK'
