Purchased CA3, no Dragonborn, Gnome, Tiefling, etc. It doesn't have all the D&D races. I figured the exotic races might not be included, but some of the BASICS? C'mon!! Anyone else disappointed by this and/or have a solution? Might have to get a refund on this one.

You are free to seek a refund, ProFantasy has a pretty good refund policy.
As for the various races, I would like to point out that this is not a D&D product, and also that several (not all though) of the iconic D&D races are actually copyrighted by Hasboro and can't legally be used (Unless you license your product under OGL/GSL, which is generally not desirable for a product like this because the limitations those licenses imposes on you, or pay for the rights to use them, which is expensive)

There is a decent selection of humanoid monster heads and body parts which might enable you to build what you want. You'll be surprised to hear this is the first such request we've had.
