  First, let me say, welcome to the forum. As far as what you need to get to create those 7 worlds, you just listed everything you would have to get. You would need:
  1) Campaign Cartographer 3
  2) Cartographer's Annual 2007
  3) Cartographer's Annual 2009
  4) Cartographer's Annual 2010
  5) Cartographer's Annual 2013
  6) Cartographer's Annual 2014
  7) Symbol Set 1

  Well, they do have bundles sometimes, so check around the main Profantasy site and they may have one for what you are looking for, though my guess is that any bundle with that much stuff will probably have even more stuff that you don't particularly need. Also, this is just my recommendation (and I cannot recommend this enough because I think it really is that important) if you truly want to get good with this program, you really should buy the Tome of Ultimate Mapping. Even if you just buy Campaign Cartographer 3 and nothing else, you should still get the Tome.
  
  But, like I said, check around and see what bundles they are offering. Who knows, they might have exactly what you are looking for.

  If those world are for the same universe, I would advise against using too many different styles. You should take one main style, maybe mixing some symbols from one or two other styles, and that's it. If you want to make maps of different scales, or for totally different projects, then different styles are more appropriate.
  
  I would suggest that, unless money really is not an issue, at first you buy only CC3, and maybe the tome. Then you use it for side projects (not your real 7 worlds, or at least be prepared to throw away the first attempts), until you get confident in how you use the product and what style you really need. If you buy everything at the same time, you might get totally overwhelmed by the profusion of styles and techniques to use.
