Port Rubrum (WIP)
For a change of pace, I have been playing around with the ScFi aspect of Campaign Cartographer.
There is still a lot of cleaning up to do with this WIP, but I was wondering if you can tell me what you thought of it so far.
I want to make sure I am on the right track.
Thanks!

I am an old school Traveler player myself. I have the original hard back rule book.
That said, all I have to work with is Annuals 9 & 10 for CC3+ so I had to get creative.
Overall, I am liking it so far.
Some of the symbols don't work though.
I will have to see what other options I have for the Red Planet theme.
I just went through my background options and just could not find anything better.
I get the same effect with the backgrounds that come with the symbols in the annual.
I believe that it is the soft feel of the structures.
I think the reason is because you are using two different styles of art. The red martian style fill I believe is a raster type art, where the structures for the downports are a vector type art. These two types of art don't really mesh well together from what I've seen.
I have been messing with the SciFi map here and there in small 15 minute breaks in between study sessions. So far, I think I have spent only about four hours total on the map and not worked on it at all since I posted in on the forum.
Thanks for the critiques and suggestions - they are so helpful!
