Do Support folks work on weekends?

Does anyone know if support will be in today? I sent in a ticket a while ago but just realized that their weekend started already.

I'm gonna cry if I have to wait til Monday to play with Perspectives 3

Roger and Ralf don't usually come in here on weekends.

What JimP said. However, with the new release, I wonder if they'll respond to support tickets. Maybe just try emailing Ralf?

If its finding it in your registered products, I looked and looked. Then I realized I had to copy and paste the serial number in the 'Add Product' line and click Add in my registered products list. Then the download bits showed up. Sometimes I am more tired than other days.

Thanks for the offer to help Shessar, but I need Ralf (or support folks). I made a voucher but the system won't accept it.

Thanks Jim. I'll keep that in mind if I encounter a similar problem.
