My floor is on the walls layer

Some how one of my floors is on the walls layer, and I am unable to select it with the change properties tool. Any info on how to fix this would be much appreciated. Couldn't find this topic when I searched.

Hi Eliphaz10. Welcome to the ProFantasy forum.

When you say "layer," do you mean an actual Layer or do you mean, "sheet." CC3 treats each differently.

If you mean a layer, you can try hiding all the layers except Walls, and then see if you can select it. If you still can't, then make sure the layer is not Frozen (or Fixed, as some people call it). You can tell easily by opening the Layer dialog box and looking at the Layer name. There are three small boxes next to each layer name. If there's an "F" in the third box next to the Walls layer, then the layer is frozen and nothing on the layer can be selected. Simply click the F to deselect the box and unfreeze the layer.

If you mean a sheet, you can try hiding all the sheets except Walls, and then see if you can select it. If you still can't, then maybe double-check which sheet and which layer the floor is on by using the List function (Info>List from the menu). Once you know for sure which layer the floor is on, double-check the Layer dialog box to make sure that layer isn't frozen.

If none of that works, maybe try attaching the map file for us to look at.

    Good luck!
