Sheet Effects Not Saving

I'm afraid I've done something wrong and my custom sheet effects aren't saving. I'm not able to pull them out of the drop-down menu and they're not staying active after I've closed down the Campaign Cartographer.

Sheets will not save if they do not have an object placed in them. Place a dot on each of your sheets at location 0,0. Then save your file. Your sheets should then remain after closing CC.
