  The folders are inside of the ZIP files. If you unzip the files into the folders as stated in the manual, the Vintyri folders will be added automatically into your CC3 and/or CC3+ folder hierarchy.
  
  Follow the exact instructions as explained and illustrated beginning on Page 15 of the Vintyri Installation Guide. You'll have to mentally adjust the screen shots to fit your Windows 8 installation. The screen shots in the guide cover Windows 10 and 7 options.

  Okay, follow up here... I'm extracting all of the files to a temp folder on my desktop, then adding them to cc3+ as the instructions say. But when I went to extract the vss2_1_1symbols_02 file, I received an error message that extraction wizard could not unzip the file because it was empty.
  
  I'm assuming there is supposed to be something in there, and that I'm going to need to redownload that particular file. Is there going to be a problem if the folders are added to cc3+ out of sequence?

  Apparently something went wrong in the download. I just made a check download, and the file on the server is OK.

  Is there going to be a problem if the folders are added to cc3+ out of sequence?

  No.
