Looking for a City designer

So we are developing a Fantasy Rpg and we are looking for someone to design a city or two for us to be used in our main rulebook and to eventually join our team and be our official City designer. The person will be fully credited for the work and also paid and if they decide upon joining the team they will also receive royalties.
The game is called Chronicles of Aerthe and we are hoping for a May/June release date. We have a facebook group and website feralgamesinc.weebly.com This will be our first 'to buy' Rpg but we have made 3 rpg's before all free to download off Drivethrurpg and all have 5 star reviews.
