Exporting from FT3 to CC3

I started with a demo of FT3, but have paid for the full version. However, I still have a small image when save in CC3, which is also a paid version. any suggestions?

Have you uninstalled the demo and re-installed FT3 with the download from your registration page?

Yes, I also noticed that I don't have the European export on my export screen.

Just a stupid question, did you click 'Zoom Extents' when opening the map in CC3? Often an export from FT3 will be zoomed ridiculous far out, making it appear very small when first loaded.

Also, 'Europe Export' is not one of the export settings provided with never versions of the software, so not finding that is expected.

Yes, I tried zooming, not sure if that is the same as Zoom Extents.

Zoom Extents is the icon with an arrow going to each corner, from the center of the icon, upper right.
