Beginner Question @ drawing guides

Brand new user, forgive me if this is answered somewhere but I was unable to find it.

I'm wondering if its possible to change the color or weight of the nearly invisible drawing guides that appear as you click/draw - like when drawing using something like the "new landmass" tool to outline the shape of a continent.

I have a really hard time seeing them.
