Random City Tool for CC3 plus?

Hello all,
This is an amazingly great suite of programs and if anyone wants to learn these programs look up Joe Sweeney (I believe that's how you spell it) on You Tube. Just watching the first few videos I have learned more about this program then years trying to learn it alone BUT, that is not why I am writing this post. I love the random city tool. The amount of cities I have made with this wonderful tool is so numerous. My question is this. Is there a way to get this to work with CC3 plus? I haven't been able to figure out a way to do it yet or does it require a new tool to be created?
Thanks in advance.
Chris B.

I have a 64-bit Windows 7 machine, so adjust the paths accordingly if you use a different operating system. For example, Windows 7 32-bit would use the Program Files folder instead of the Program Files (x86) folder. Someone who knows for certain can confirm or correct me but, in the meantime, try this:
Copy the following files from your CC3 folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\ProFantasy\CC3) to your CC3Plus folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\ProFantasy\CC3Plus):
- cc3generator.dll
- cc3actions.dll
- CityWizard.dll
- cc3objects.dll
I know CityWizard.dll is correct, but I'm not sure about the others. I listed them here, however, because these are the only four files in my CC3Plus folder with a Date Modified of 9/21/2012.I hope that helps.
Good luck!
