Low resolution fills

Just started using CC3+ and noticing the system defaults to _VL fill styles. I know how to change these (in the fill style properties) but I have a couple of questions:

1. Is there a way to do this so that I don't have to touch 50+ fill styles.
2. If I do change them, will it change the template?

Actually let me add this:

3. When I try to change the fill style - for example in the above picture - from _VLt to _VH, I get a FCW32.exe has stopped working.

The resolution of the fill style changes depending on how close you are zoomed in. This saves time when redrawing large maps.

If you zoom in close and check the fill style properties again you will see that it has changed. it will be very low, low, high, or very high depending on how close you have zoomed in.

So if change it to a fixed resolution under Display Speed, will that just automatically use HI or VH for everything?

Yes, that is correct. Just remember that changes to Display Speed Settings does not remain changed once CC is closed, so you will have to change the settings each time you restart the program.
