AMAZING historical city map resources online!

While researching real medieval cities in order to find some inspiration for a CD3 map, I stumbled upon the most fantastic site ever!
I apologize if this resource has been discussed already on the boards, but I couldn't find a reference to it: http://historic-cities.huji.ac.il/historic_cities.html

Select a city.
A number of links will appear, one for each city featured.
Click on the city, then select high resolution.
Most of these resemble the John Speed style that Profantasy introduced in the February 2007 Annual, but you'll also see cities resembling the ones from the Modern City Annual, also from 2007 (usually the stuff from the 1800s). I'm blown away by just how many maps are featured here online in high-res. A really good resource for inspiration.
I also think it would be awesome if Ralf and the Annual developers considered producing tools to create the "landscape" views so common to maps of that time. It seems kind of impossible, but Profantasy wows me with everything they do, so maybe not. I've been jonesing for an expansion to the John Speed style for a long time now. :-)
