Back at the end of November, we had a blog post offering us a 30% discount on purchases made between 27th November and 1st Decmeber. That same blog post linked to Ralf's Perspectives 3 preview, and the first indication of the Plan to have the app ready for Pre-order before Christmas.

One of the responses on Ralf's post (from Jesse) said "If we buy Perspectives today with the discount price will we get the new version when it comes out?", and the response from Ralf was "As that will be well within our 3-months upgrade guarantee, yes.".

I don't know how many other did this, but I purchased Perspectives 2 during the black weekend sale, specifically based on the answer to that question. I didn't want Perspectives 2, but based on the look of Perspectives 3, was prepared to buy based on the blog posts. However, we're now more than a month into the three month period, and there's been no updates on the pre-order so I'm getting a little worried (probably unjustifiably).

I was just wondering, if those of us who purchased Perspectives 2 during that sale (specifically as a method of pre-ordering Perspectives 3 on the back of the update from ralf replying to Jesse's question), will be guaranteed the free upgrade if Perspectives 3's release ends up delayed beyond the end of Feb?
