Lets say you have a city map for an RPG that you want to recreate , but the problem is that the only maps of it are all broken up into smaller maps that don't easily fit together for various reasons like.

A few city blocks and streets appear to exist between where one map would be in relation to others.

The maps are all not the same scale to fit together easily.

In a few places where they could easily fit together with some resizing details were omitted on one, so certain buildings don't show up on map and you just see empty lot space around roads.

The maps omitted little things you could logically deduce where they went so your going to also need to fill in some stuff that isn't shown on all the images to get a complete city map. (For example lets say you have a town wall and you can see the wall clearly on all the maps but it has some gaps in it that you need to fill because the images are not showing all of it as or you have some city blocks and you can tell that a block and a half are missing from what you can see by trying to piece together a a complete picture of the city from the images you have as some things are cut off on the images you have to work with.)
