Your mountain ranges are very linear, just one mountain after another. Try putting some left and right, make them overlap each other a bit more, make sure you don't put the same symbol twice on a row, etc. Make use of the different mountain symbol families : use the snow-covered ones for the highest or coldest areas, use the small mountains for the edges of your mountain ranges, blend in the mountain range symbols aswell.
Regarding rivers, try making less straight lines. What I do for rivers is I decide for a global path I want it to take, and then I draw it by spamming click very fast all along the path, creating small yet perceptible variations.

Here the current result. I am constantly dissatisfied with the form of rivers and mountains.
