CC3, no fcw files for Annual 108 and 108B

Are there supposed to be fcw files for the 108 and 108B Annual issues ?

None installed when I ran the installers as admin.

edit: Ran the CC3 installers agani, still no fcw files.

The fcw files are there in the CC3+ installs.

Just checked mine: there are four in 108, five in 108(B). I've the CC3+ version.

They're definitely missing in the CC3 version. This applies for both 108 and 108B, and it applies both to the individual installers, as well as the 2015 compilation installer.

The FCWs in those 2 issues were made for CC3+

The PDF guide for 108 mentions that they won't display properly in CC3, so I'm guessing that is why the FCW files are not in the CC3 version.
The techniques used in the maps can be used in both CC3 and CC3+.
