SS4 CC3+ graphics glitch Windows 10 Surface Pro 4

I am getting weird graphics glitch on dark grey brick bitmap fill using SS4 on CC3+ on my Surface Pro 4. Anyone seen anything like this before? I have not tried printing yet, it does get worse or better depending on zoom.

I just realized that it is happening where the floor sheet extends below the wall sheet.
