No 2016 Serial Key

I just order the new 2016 Annual and my order details show no serial key number for it to add to my account downloads. The order was added to my account though.

There was a glitch with some of the orders not adding serial numbers. Fixed now, you should all see a serial number on your orders page, but you might have to add it manually to the Downloads page.

I just realized I hadn't clicked the link in the e-mail I got this morning (D'OH!)

so I went and did it. At first glance, it appeared that it did not add the annual to my Downloads & Updates page or my Subscriptions page, but that's not the case. The page "alphabetized" the annual number, 10, as immediately following 1 rather than following 9. So looking at the bottom of the list I didn't see it right away.

I missed this thread when originally posted. I still have no serial number for the 2016 Annual subscription showing on the orders tab of my registered products page, though the order itself is listed. And so I can't add it to my downloads page. I wrote support about this today, but I thought I'd mention it here, too.
