Symbols in CD3

In CD3 I don't get all of the symbols that are in the folders to load. For example, when I click on Bitmap B and then Choose Elven I get just two symbols even though there are many more in the folder. Why is this?

    Each symbol has four resolutions: Very High (VH), High (HI), Low (LO), and Very Low (VL).
    The image with the appropriate resolution is selected based on what zoom level you are using.
    This reduces the 48 images to 12 symbols.

    Also, note that every image in the first post has either Elven House or Tree Walkway in the name and that the two symbols in the second post each have a plus (+) sign in the corner.
    The plus sign indicates that there are optional images for the symbol. You can scroll through the options from within the program.

    So even though there appear to be only two symbols, there are actually six versions of both symbols and four resolutions of each of those options.

    If you click the two plus (+) signs in the upper left hand corner of the two symbols, you'll find the following:
