Building cities on hills possible in City Designer?

I've been going through Gandwarf's City Designer 3 tutorial which has been extremely helpful.

So far I'm building a city on a flat plain. Is it possible to add some relief to my city? That is, gentle hills, rocky outcroppings, mesas, etc.?

You could add a multipoly on a sheet where you add a bevel or bevel lightend effect.

Copying my map into a vector graphics editor such as Inkscape may work as well.

That's a nice use of the bevel (lighted bevel?) effect.

Yes, it's bevel, lighted. It works and looks nice on small hills, I love those smooth lines. But, when it comes to some big areas, I can't create anything that I like.
