How to reset text properties

Hi All,

I don't know what happened, but when I try to use multi-line text, the words intended to be on different lines appear on top of each other. I have found no way to stop this, from computer reboot, program reboot, copying properties from other text. Nothing. Where is the "reset back to original options" button?

I'd appreciate any help.

I should also mention that any attempt at drawing text causes text to have properties it never had before, like bold. Things are also on the wrong layer so that when I redraw they vanish beneath the continent. Everything is jacked up. I basically lost the ability to do text that is in any way acceptable.

On the text dialog, click "Properties" and make sure that the Spacing% (spacing between lines) field is set to something like 150. If it gets set to 0 then each line will be placed atop the previous.
