I think you have a positioning problem with the overlying sheets. The bevel looks fine, but the rest of the pyramid isn't lined up properly with it. They have to be squares that are exactly in the middle of each other all the way up.
I can't see a thing but a sea of red crosses in the drawing, but I can see the problem from the image you posted.
An update on Tier 3. Moved the text around, added effects to the text, and added a bit of partial wall here and there. Along with a new path numbered 15.
Looking at my notes, I have notes ? Anyway, the folders for various maps for this arcology... I have Tiers, levels, and other bits that look like tiers and/or levels.
These CA66 Isometric maps are parts of level 2.
part 1
part 2
part 3
There are no vari-color symbols in CA66. So I'm not sure where I got these.
Oops. I apparently have 4 maps, in different folders, all the same. And an earlier post with the C 27 in the upper right, I have one with more symbols on it.
Easy fix, I just keep the numbering, and redo the map itself.
An update for an earlier map. The treasure in room 23 is an illusion, the rest is real. Perspectives items added besides CA66. Room 25, why yes, characters have to climb over the sarcophagus to get past it.
I have been trying to recreate a cc3+ Perspectives of the first level outside map like I did in cc2pro, but I think I'll just go with an overhead view. Easier to get the dimensions more like I want.
I'll be keeping the iso maps for further down inside the pyramid.
Partially done Level 02, inside. Winding passageways to discourage interlopers. Cobblestone walls, well, carved to look like cobblestone. Makes it harder to get through blocked off areas.
There will be more debris, skeletons, and a few traps.
The long rectangular room is where the wood trap door leads to. Nice wooden ladder. I wonder how it survived ?
The outer walls for level one intrude into level 2.
1 ) left spiral stairs down into here. Three plants, some piles of hay. One secret door. Lever on east wall. Does it open the secret door, or the reinforced door ?
2 ) A secret circular room, full of traps.
3 ) An odd-shaped room ,that sort of looks like a maze.
4 ) A room of broken barrels and wood debris. Three empty buckets and mushrooms. Could this have been a food source for someone ?
5 ) A rectangular room with a water portal. P 2. Does it connect to P 1 in room 6 ?
6 ) A room with a portal, P 1. And a metal spiral stair that goes down to level 3.
7 ) A room with a table of food, and several skeletons on the floor. Well, floating slightly above the floor.
8 ) mummies ? Are the living dead ? Or just dead ?
9 ) Three ogres hiding behind some rocks. Another spiral stair. Third or fourth level down ?
10 ) Is that a tunnel ? Or a blockage so the characters don't know part of level 2 is 'hollow' ?
11 ) Rectangular room under construction, but debris is blocking it.
12 ) Room down from the wooden trap door on level 1. Skeletons, floating above the floor. A table with candles on it. Two empty tables on the east end.
More work to be done on this map... but I have sort of run out of ideas.
3000 x 3000 pixel version in my Gallery/Jim's Maps.
No snow in my area, it got down to 17F and will get up to 28F today. I don't see any ice on the road in front of the house. Most places are closed. I'm staying home.
I've started a basic bit on level 3. Nothing to post yet though.
Something about the two maps above bothered me. Then I realized they have water areas, but no floor/rocks in the 'blank' areas. They are in a giant cave. I'll need to fix that.
The two large towers over be the wall, one has a tunnel that is next to the top, the other there are two wooden doors set into the wall near the larger of the two towers.
Comments
I've redone this one... I'm having a bit of trouble on the pyramid, bevel, etc., I'll keep working on that. Using csuac_2 symbols.
What kind of bevel trouble, Jim?
I made a tiny bevel, lighted on lev 1. Each level of this pyramid is on its own sheet.
I guess I'll have to redraw the levels. I want it to be beveled all the way around, so it looks like a step pyramid.
The bottom level is beveled all the way around, but it doesn't look correct to be.
and here is the fcw.
I need to rest my eyes, so I'm logging off for today. Too much Everquest 2. I'll checked back later via cellphone.

Thanks, I'll look at it tomorrow.
Here we go.
Stairs and changed out the ruin buildings.
Some updates.
Haven't posted this map before. Old enough I had to do a ffix on it.
Update of a earlier map posted before.

part 5. Skipping part 4 for now.
And part 6 and 7 look identical. I'll work on that.
Letters are adjoining pieces. Numbers are rooms.

Likely posting maps later today.
map 6
I haven't decided what link to put for the room upper right yet. It will probably go to a new map.
Yes, the torch in room 28 alcove will tap a character in the head if they try to open that chest.
An update for an earlier map. The treasure in room 23 is an illusion, the rest is real. Perspectives items added besides CA66. Room 25, why yes, characters have to climb over the sarcophagus to get past it.
Probably no more mapping until after Dec 25.
I have tiers, levels, and areas.
I'll need to figure out what connects to what, where each is in the pyramid.
pyramid
first level 191' x 529'
second level 436' x 720'
third level 957' x 1110'
fourth level 1588' x 1796'
fifth level 2414' x 2600'
sixth level 3430' x 3532'
seventh level 4396' x 4400'
measured on this map's fcw.

The new overhead topmost level.
Inside of Level 01
A bit hard to see, but the entrance door is glowing an off-green.
Left pit leads down to the next level. The right hand one was on top, it leads nowhere, but into a series of traps.
I haven't quite decided what to do with the small wooden trap door in the middle yet. Three chairs near it.
A bit of sand has blown in. Three male, and one female, statues near the entrance.

I may have mentioned this before, but I have levels, tiers, and areas. I need to figure out just what is where in this arcology.
And I've noticed the City map lacks symbols, etc. I'll be working on that today.
edit: I'm using iso symbols from CSUAC_2 and CA146, adding them to The City maps.
Updated City Cave 01 and 02. I'll be putting larger ones in my Gallery.
My Gallery -> Jim's Maps 5k x 5k
The water features aren't in the original. In case you were about to ask.

my web host will doing upgrades on 23/24 March 2024. Sometime during that my sites wont be available.
In going over my maps for this to come up with a sequence, it is a mess.
I'll be working on it, so if you like some of the maps on my site, you should download them this week.
I think I have come up with a list and a set of maps. I'll be posting them 'soon[tm] '.
Made the list... here is why I'm so slow at updating this.
