HI ! guys , really need help here

Hey , im new to this cartographic thing and im REALLY interested in building a fantasy modern-time city from scratch . I dont know where to begin and what program and add-ons should i download . I saw a couple of similar posts and got really inspired ,the links are bellow....PLEASE HELP

For the city style you mention, all you need is Campaign Cartographer 3 and The Cartographer's Annual, Vol 5

Note that if you are completely new to CC3, I recommend that you read and work through the manual first, even if it is not about city building, before you go on to use the annual to build your city, as all mapping in CC3 is based on the core skills the manual provides. You may also want to watch some of the basic video tutorials.
