CC3 undersea dome ?

I'm looking for methods and ideas on how to make an undersea city dome for a site I recently moved.

Do you want a city to be seen under the dome or do you want just a dome structure to use.

For the city option I render out a 3d dome with render settings to give it a drawn look, adjust transparency and add it over a city. I can if you give me a day or two make you a render and post it.

I found these on the Dundjinni forums. You'll have to adjust the transparency in a photo editor and do some edits.

I tried to make one in Bryce last night but the render settings weren't looking good.

I did find a couple of nice 3d domes for sci fi cities in 3d format that I'll install and render in the next day or two.

I'm still working on trying to render you a good quality dome, just taking a bit longer than I planed.

No problem on the wait. I have another root canal and temporary crown in the morning. So I will be a bit woozy on Monday.

The geodesic one by RobA looks good. Hard to tell with white backgrounds, but at least partially transparent would work for me. Translucent, not so much. cgdunn999 says the first geo is transparent... but as I said, white dome with a white background is hard to see transparency. I looked at the domes over ships link there, some images are gone. I realize its posted years ago.
