Having Problems saving

I have made a dungeon map using DD3, i have followed the video step by step, every time I go to save it as a retangle jpeg and count the width and length and then drag the box over the part I want saved the program stops working and I get the message fcw32.exe. sp what am I doing wrong now?

What version of CC3 are you using? Where are you saving the export? What are your export options, especially your bitmap size (the Options button on the Save as dialog). There was an instance of a DD3 video (I believe) where the export settings where set way too high by accident.

ok I am using 3.43, I am just trying to save it as a png or jpeg, now I have a new problem. I was using the iron crown enterprises Middle Earth map and placing stuff on top of it and saving it with no problem. Now I went to continue and there is all the stuff I placed on the map but the map is gone and the stuff still remains. I mean the buildings and such to represent citys, and also the program keeps shutting down now,I even went into help to check version and it shut down. Very frustrating

oh and in place of map there is a big red "X" in the middle

ok I had to uninstal CC3 and DD3 and more, now when I try to reinstall CC3 frezzes up right after I hit the agree button and it says "gathering information" then it just sits and does nothing, any help please? oh running windows 8.1

The big red X is due to a file path not found in the path saved in the map.

Have you installed in Program files ? Windows, since Vista, sees changing files in Program Files folder as a security issue/attack/.

We've discussed this in these forums. My data is in C:\Profantasy\CC3\ folder.
