cc3+ scroll crash
A couple of weeks ago, a user here posted that he was having a problem with CC3+ on Windows 10.
He states that, on Windows 10, if CC3+ is open in the background, and another program is open in the foreground (has focus) and is partially obscuring the CC3+ window, if the mouse is hovering over the CC3+ window (which is in the background) and the scroll wheel is used, CC3+ would immediately crash.
I promptly tried this and verified that the problem was reproducible on my Windows 10 machine as well.
Today, I visited the FastCad Forums and saw someone posting a similar problem.

@username try to disable scrolling of inactive windows. In Windows 10 open Settings > Devices > Mouse & Touchpad. From there toggle off Scroll inactive windows when I hover over them.Hope that works for people here.
