Background Overwhelms Update Page

For the past couple of months or so, whenever I go to https://secure.profantasy.com/service/entrance.asp to try to download updates using either Firefox or Internet Explorer, while the page's content briefly flashes across the screen, the background overwhelms it. I literally see a blank page with nothing but the background. While I can access the page by using Edge, my default (and vastly prefered) browser is Firefox. Is anyone else having this problem? Are there any workarounds? And could maybe the ProFantasy web design guys try to address this issue?

Try using regular view. The mask in the upper left says you are using 'private' view version of the browser.

A Microsoft browser that doesn't play well with existing web sites or web technologies? Who ever heard of such a thing?

Haven't seen anything like that. I am using that page frequently from multiple browsers in multiple location, and it has always played nice with me. Have you tried disabling all your add-ons in FireFox? I've found that add-ons can cause the weirdest issues, like when I couldn't bookmark pages is Firefox, turned out it was the IETab addon that caused it. Make especially sure to disable any ad-blocking software, as a mistake in the filter could cause it to block the content of the page.
