Professional Tile Printing

So I'm thinking of going to a professional game printer to print out my battle tiles. The biggest problem is that I can find no one that does either 6 inch squares, or my 7 inch wide Hex Tiles . I absolutely want a hex grid on my tiles as I use them for GURPS.
I've printed them myself on photo paper but I find that they don't hold up to constant use and the ink starts to chip and flake off. So I decided to look for a professional printer that could print them on chipboard. My other reasoning for using a game printer would be to get game pieces or Chits, and playing cards to use as well. However NO ONE does 1 inch hexes. It's all like 1.25 x 1.08 inches or 1.19 inch, 1.5 inch.
So if anyone knows of a game printer that can do 1 inch hex chits/tokens please let me know!

If you can place the hexes and grids on the maps using CC3/CC3+, then don't all you need is for somebody to print the image?\
Just wondering.

I use coverstock paper myself it holds up well and it works on a normal laser printer without buckling.
