As you can see from the river in the red frame it is very linear (or straight) and not very "realistic" as it may be the other rivers in the image.

I can not get one aspect "realistic" for all the rivers, how can I do?

In the settings of the Word Settings the map resolution is 4096, and the creation of the rivers I put the resolution to 8192.

The area where the rivers runs straight is a large basin. FT has to fill basins before it routes rivers in order to ensure that the rivers will not end up as lots of short segments because the fractal function has basins at all scales. http://fracterra.com/CGTutorial/ offers some suggestions on how to avoid the river problems with FT (the key part is use of the "tools>>actions>>fill basins in offset" feature to pre-fill basins before running rivers so that you're less likely to get surprises).
