As long as the objects in the pack are individual image files (preferably png format) you can easily import them as CC3 symbols. That particular pack looks a bit strange though, as he says it is VTT ready (Which usually implies individual png files), but he keeps talking about a single jpeg-file in the description (jpeg files can't have transparency, which makes it a poor format for illustrating anything that isn't perfectly rectangular, and you certainly don't want everything in one single image either).
I also don't see any comments in the item's descriptions that gives you permission to use the images as symbols for your own map and images. You want to always check if you are buying images what the usage restrictions are.
